As a London-based accredited coach, programme strategist, and founder, I specialise in helping established founders and individuals overcome personal and professional challenges related to self-leadership and focus. My approach combines inner founder work, business strategy, and programme design, and is informed by specialised training, ongoing research, and my own personal and professional experiences.

I am committed to respecting your individuality and valuing intellectual diversity. Our work together will be authentic, empowering, and focused on growth. In addition to my coaching work, I am currently working in the ed-tech start-up sector, teaching business transformation to professionals who manage or collaborate on strategic initiatives and drive change. I am also the founder of NWD Coaching, a company that helps established professional women create their own educational platforms to teach, train, and coach others through client-centred coaching programs.
